Health Lab is located in our office for convivence to the patient. Labs can be filed on your insurance decreasing the out of pocket cost to you. Our office is a cash pay office, therefore we are unable to determine what your insurance will cover in regards to your labs. If you are unsure of your insurance coverage it may benefit you to find out before booking this appointment. If for any reason your deductible is more than you wish to pay, we offer cash labs at an affordable rate. Please make sure to bring your updated insurance card with you.
